Description
Measures 5 and 6 of an accompaniment evolved for Nancy Whiskey are shown.
The top line shows the generated harpsichord output while the next three voices show the fiddle,
steel guitar, and bass inputs, respectively. The accompaniment is produced by CPPNs that relate the
scaffold inputs to the generated output. The rhythm and pitch relationships between the scaffold
and accompaniment derive from the functional relationship between them.
